Creating and managing your Significance Ratings.

Available for user levels:

• Account Adminstrator
• Manager

Before you can create an Aspect, you will need to define your significance sections, scores and  values for this register. Each register you create can have its own values.

if you are new to the module you will see the below screen after creating your Aspects Register:

If you don't see this, alternatively you can go to Options > Account Significance Definition Scores. 

The next stage is following the below:

Once your happy with your sections and your scores you are ready to define your significance values. 

Use the sliding bars to determine Low, Medium and High for your ratings 1 to 18. When you score an Aspect, these ratings will appear in colour on your Aspects table giving an easy overview.

You can change the ratings at any point by viewing the register then; Options > Set Significance values for this register.

Global Significance definitions

When creating an Aspect, you can give it an impact rating by scoring it against 6 headings. These headings are:

• Environmental
• Health & Safety
• Stakeholder
• Legal
• Cost
• Frequency

For each one of these headings the Aspect can be given a score of 0 to 3, see below.

These definitions can then be selected for each register you create to choose whether to include some or all of the sections created.
